Now here is a teacher that cares about his students, he is willing to sacrifice himself to protect them! He deserves accolades, not punishment of any kind! We need more teachers that care like him in our schools!

This teacher is a hero. The parent was completely irresponsible and should be fined or ticketed for her utter disregard for traffic and safely protocol. We should have more teachers like this young man.

The lady admitted that she had no business being at the elementary school. She was cutting through because she made the choice to be late. She was late so she did not think rules applied to her. She showed her daughter that if you are running late rules don’t apply to you. She was putting the Elementary students in danger. He was protecting the students.

The parent in the incident was completely in the wrong and this man was going above and beyond to do his job.

Although Mr. Morgan's actions were unexpected and not protocol for stopping a moving vehicle. I applaud Mr. Morgan for standing up for the protection and safety of the children at his school. I have had car duty at several schools and several times I have had moments of fear and relief due very close calls when drivers in the car loops do not follow safe procedures in place. I grabbed a 5 year old out of the road when a parent went around traffic and almost hit him getting into his parents vehicle. I was also almost run over twice. I ask that NO adverse action be taken against this teacher. It is evident that he reacted out of concern for the children in his care during his duty of keeping children safe at car loop. We need to hold parents accountable for the school procedures to keep safety in our schools. Punishing the teacher sends the wrong message to parents and adults who believe they can bend the rules.

This Gentlemen deserves some recognition for doing the right thing, certainly not any loss of income or his job. He was 100 percent right in his actions.

This teacher is a hero, and deserves recognition. Perfectly normal people turn into entitled jerks at every carpool line, everyday. I’ve seen crossing guards hit protecting kids who’d have been hurt otherwise. She was behaving in an unsafe manner and he handled it with aplomb.

This teacher should be commended. He should not have any negative consequences for protecting the students. He should get a raise!

He is a hero! Protecting kids and keeping parents accountable. She should be ashamed of herself! Who cuts through a parking lot filled with young children and believes they are in the right?!? Unbelievable
