We support Aaron Morgan, Dulles Elementary School Teacher - Protecting Children at the School House

This teacher deserves a thank you! Ms. Trimmer, shame on you! Your entitled behavior is a horrid example for your child and I hope she learns to be better.

The parent driving was reckless and endangering the children. Teacher Aaron Morgan risked his own safety to ensure that of the children and should be commended for his heroic efforts.

The focus here needs to be on the PARENT and why they felt SO entitled to put others in danger just because they can't manage their time. Mr. Morgan is a HERO and he should be commended for his commitment to the children.

This teacher should get a raise! I’m impressed at his dedication to keeping little ones safe when entitled parents think rules don’t apply to them. Please do not reward this woman’s bad behavior!

Safety 1st!

This teacher should NOT be fired for trying to keep our kids safe.

I’m late to the party but I too wanted to say that I hope the teacher was not reprimanded. No one was harmed and the only one embarrassed was the entitled woman driving through traffic barriers.

Parents need to follow school wide procedures. And when cones are placed to block a given route and you still proceed you know you are wrong, and then when a teacher flags you down and you manouver past them you now have decided that the rules do not apply to you. So pleae do not be shocked when a secobd teacher jumps on the hood of your car (whereas you amazingly continue to drive forward instead of stop) to protect the children's crossing.

I applaud this teacher and his efforts to keep these children safe! This woman is what is wrong with our country today! It is all about her and her lack of planning in the morning. She truly thinks that the rules do not apply to her and that getting her child to another school is far more important than the safety of the elementary kids who's parents got them to school on time. Way to teach another kid that rules don't matter and if you scream loud enough you get your way! Had she almost hit a child he would be a hero!

This man went above and beyond in the interest of school safety for the kids. The woman who was late and circumventing the process should be ashamed of herself-setting the absolute wrong example for her daughter to take shortcuts!

If FBISD decides this is not a teacher they want representing their schools, please transfer him to CFISD. We will gladly take someone who cares so deeply for our children and their safety/well being

This teacher stands behind you!

There should be more teachers in the world that have this amount of concern for their students!

I respect and support the actions of this elementary school teacher. Many teachers care very much for their students, Mr. Morgan's actions is proof of that. Thank you, Mr. Aaron Morgan.

I'm not from this community, but we need to support teachers protecting and helping to mold our young ones. God bless!!

From one educator to another, I applaud you for keeping the safety of your school community in check from these above the rules entitled patents.

Hero teacher!

This teacher was doing what he thought was appropriate to keep these students safe. As a teacher and parent I fully support him and hope no action against him is taken by the school board. I would want my child’s teacher to protect her the way this man protected his students. This woman was in the wrong and should be charged!

Clearly some folks have NEVER been in a school drop off line, and are unaware of how much choreography is involved to coordinate a smooth transition of hundreds or in some cases thousands of kids ALL AT ONCE. Someone driving in a restricted area is a huge THREAT, to everyone. What if she was planning to drive her car into the building? What if she had a gun and was coming to shoot up a classroom? The teacher did the right thing. Kudos to this awesome man for sacrificing himself for those kids!
