I think he did nothing wrong. There are rules in place for a reason that everyone must follow, not just some people.

Please he needs an award. We need more teachers like him. It is first the childrens security. That "lady" needs some driving classes.

I felt he did what was necessary to try to keep students safe at the moment if there is a better protocol to stop a parent who obviously thinks the rules don’t apply to them then please share it with the teachers on duty do not punish them for doing their job as asked “protecting children”!

Do us one better and charge Rita Trimmer-Ray with as many counts of reckless endangerment of a minor as students who attended school that morning too!

She ADMITTED to going around cones and at least 1 other teacher. She is not a victim and NOTHING should be done to this awesome teacher.

This teacher in no way should be punished... That lady could have hurt or killed a student... Shame on her.. What else was he supposed to do??? Let her run the kids.over?

He is a hero. Need more like him. He is protecting the children. She was breaking the rules. She could have a ran over a innocent child. Because she was late. Not a legitimate excuse of her actions.

I hope this man is not only NOT punished, but commended and rewarded with a raise and maybe a chiropractor visit. He is a hero.

I support anyone who supports the safety of our children. I'm so proud he stood his ground. FBISD should stand behind it's employees for implementing rules They set up.

This shouldn’t even be an issue. People like this woman are the problem. Entitled and rules do not apply.

It is ridiculous to think that this teacher should be punished or ridiculed for his quick thinking to potentially protect his students from this idiodic, self-centered woman.
