This teacher deserves a medal. He put his life on the line to save students from this pare ts entitlement issues. She's late. . . That's too bad for her!! She shouldn't have gone that way and should gone around and got back in line. Next time don't be late!! Shame on the news for spinning this like the parent was wronged!!

The parent was in the wrong. The teacher followed the drop-off protocol. Thank God he or a child wasn’t injured.

I have volunteered as a drop off guard at our elementary school. These parents have called me names, instructed their kids not to follow my directions, rude etc. I applaud this teacher for enforcing the rules and very possibly saving a life!!

This teacher was in the right. It was the parent in the wrong. Rules are in place for a reason, to protect children! He was doing what a teacher should, protect students from idiot people who want to break the rules.

In my truest opinion if an adult can teach another adult something it should be done. While I admit his method was not the best he did it for the safety of students that were under his care.

It’s very disheartening to think that this man has to fight for his job because of the acts of a selfish delusional woman. She obviously cares about no one but herself and was willing to go as far as presenting this foolishness to the news.
