Please jump on cars to protect my kids from crazy drivers like that lady!

As a teacher and a parent, I applaud you. If she is able to cut through the drop offline once, what’s going to stop her from doing it again. Plus if the other parents see it, they will think that it is ok to do it. Everyone will do it until a child gets hurt and then it would be the schools fault for not enforcing the rules.

Thanks for protecting the kids from the reckless, self entitled parent!

I can't believe this. Don't worry though, even if you're let go from that school, there are plenty of other schools that would love to have you on their team.

I applaud him for his act of bravery. Rules are rules how dare this woman think she is immune to them?

Thank you for protecting the children at your school from an entitled adult who put those children and everyone in danger by not following the carpool rules at the school.

We need more teachers who are willing to stand up to entitled, mean parents!

Just because she was late does not make it right for her to break rules, he had every right to protect the children. Nothing should be done negatively to him, he should be praised for his actions.

100% support your actions. My husband deals with parent issues like this everyday. Thank you for being so selfless & thinking about the many students that this could have negatively impacted!

I saw this teacher today and wish he was in our drop off line this morning when a car decided he was too important to wait in line and went out the in side. I was waiting at the front because kids were in the cross walk. He cut them off and the car that was getting ready to turn in. There are rules and you need to follow them. This woman needs a citation and fine to go with it. He needs a gold star.

From one teacher to another, thank you for knowing how important safety is for our students.

Much more good came of his actions than bad. By no means was the driver the victim in this case. Had the driver acted responsible, this would have never happened.

Working in a school is one of the hardest things and school employees get yelled at and treated poorly by parents that’s are doing the wrong thing all the time.

I support you! I was a crosswalk lady and parents sometimes only listen to their own rules...in their own bubble. Frustrating. Aaron, tou are 100% Justified for your actions!

Teacher did the right thing stopping the driver who already proved she would stop for no other warnings.
