We support Aaron Morgan, Dulles Elementary School Teacher - Protecting Children at the School House

I am from new zealand, this man is the man i would want protecting my children, that women is entitled and selfish. If this man is in trouble it is only for protecting young children in a dificult situation, he had no initial idea of that womans intentions, only that she broke through a area she had no right to be in, and ignored another teacher. She could have wished harm. She clearly wishes harm on this man now. help This man please, show the world that goodness wins over entiteled ignorance and media twist.

Yay!! That’s the kind of teacher I want my kid around! He’s an excellent example to our kids about putting others safety before our own!! Shame on that parent and shame on that school for such a mediocre response. They should be praising their teacher and ticketing Rita for child endangerment! The school says “ we do not condone employees using any physical means to stop a vehicle.” but had a child been injured or God forbid killed the parents would have asked why the school didn’t prevent the tragedy.

Unbelievable that this school district would punish a teacher for going above and beyond. That man had the courage to stand up against someone who very clearly had no value on life outside her own. Being late is a selfish reason to potentially run a child over.

I am a secretary at a high school and it is crazy what we have to put up with from entitled parents. Yes, his actions might have been unorthodox but I totally understand and support him. May we all learn something from this.

This teacher was cool calm and collected in the video showing his clear attempt to keep children safe from entitled and selfish drivers who are more concerned with their children being on time to high school than with the lives and safety of elementary school children. Rita’s actions are “inexcusable” here and it would be a shame to entertain her selfishness in any way short of giving this young man a trophy and a cape because he is a hero in this community who obviously cares about the children and their safety.

I’m a teacher, and I applaud him for taking action. Working car line is actually dangerous because some parents do not pay attention. My colleagues, students, and even I have almost been hit by cars because the parent was ignoring cones or wasn’t watching the road. The parent is COMPLETELY wrong and is showing the world was entitlement looks like.

This guy is awesome and a hero and I wish he was a teacher at my children's school

No parent should ignore rules that jeopardizes the safety of other children because she is so entitled and thinks her situation supersedes the safety of others. If Coach Young had not stopped her... how many other parents would have attempted the same maneuver? Coach Young should be praised in my opinion.

I hope my children's teachers are like him! Anything could have happened... She could have been kidnapping a child. I stand with your teacher. Mz. Rita's child is old enough to walk such a distance if it was so important ran, but to endanger other children for the sake of her own is wrong, and the media should be defunded for such reporting!

I support Aaron 100% and his act of putting himself in harms way for the safety of the children at the school! No parent is self entitled to being any exception to the rule when it comes to the life of anyone including the teachers as well as the students.

This teacher is a hero. Any disciplinary actions would be wrong.

This man should be commended, not punished. Reporters should be ashamed of their work on this story.
