We support Aaron Morgan, Dulles Elementary School Teacher - Protecting Children at the School House

This teacher did his job and the parent was clearly in the wrong. This is ridiculous.

In this tragic day & age of school violence, this teacher should be given a medal for his proactive measures to protect children. When this was happening, who knew that this was just another self-entitled parent setting a horrible example to her high school daughter & not some crazed individual wanting to harm school children? The “mother” should be the one facing disciplinary measures, not the teacher!

Mr. Morgan you are 100% in the right. This entitled woman thought she was above the rules and not only put the children and staff in danger but she also put every other car in danger as well. I hope the police department finds her and issues her a hefty citation. Keep up the good work Mr. Morgan.

I want teachers like this protecting my children!! She felt entitled bc she was running late?!?! He did the right thing in my opinion! The only way to stop her was to jump on her car bc as she said she already went through one person waving their hands for her to stop!

I’ve been in many car pool lanes where parents refuse to follow rules and endanger children. Please do not enable that message. Have we as a society lost total sight of what’s right? Give the teacher an award for being willing to risk his life to save his students. If this was a parent with a gun would you suspend him for charging in to save his students? Charge Rita with reckless endangerment, failure to follow traffic direction, and making threats against school staff and anything else you can. Give the teacher an award. Support your staff and stand up for the safety of children everywhere.

I’m glad to know we have teachers like him that actually care about our children. Ms. Rita was totally wrong and receive a ticket for her actions. For endangering the teachers life and going the wrong way.

Stop the insanity. Teachers should not be put in a position to police a parking lot! Hire the right people and let teachers teach!

We need more teachers like Aaron Morgan. Mr. Morgan is obviously a guy who will go above and beyond the call of duty for the sake of his kids. My guess is that there are kids that will be a success in life because of him and he deserves our respect.
