This young man needs an applause for a job well and done!!!! Exceeding well done!!!! Rules are set up for a reason, sometimes we can bend them in some situations, but this is not one! She was repeatedly told to stop and she couldn’t go through that way and it was also apparent with the cones, and she’s and adult.... a parent! I understand she was running late, but like many parents that happens sometimes, but we have to stick by the rules! If she was on a roadway and a police officer was there; she would’ve been more late cause she would’ve gotten a ticket! And if an officer was on school grounds to help the teachers with drop off ; she would’ve been dealt with in the same manner! But since no officer was around she felt like she could do whatever and disregard the teachers and do what she wants!!!!! What kind of example she is teaching her kid(s)!!!! And her child being in high school, a soon to be adult!!! Not a good example, and she should admit to her wrongs and explain to her the right way it should’ve been done and apologize to this young man!!!! They do need to honor him with an Award!!!! Another thing.... he may of prevented a tragedy from happening and in turn places his own life in harms way by trying to intercede!!! A student, a parent, and even teacher lives could’ve been altered from tragedy as a injury of some form or even death!!! Applause to this young man and all the faculty staff for a job well done!!!!

I think this teacher's actions are commendable. It is beyond frustrating when people think their lateness entitles them to endanger others, especially children. He was protecting the children in his charge, and put his whole body into it. Not to mention, despite her continuing to drive through him, he remained calm and polite. Geesh. He has more patience than anyone I know. He sounds like the perfect person to have in a classroom. Thank you sir!

Admin, you did not see what happened before he was on the hood. In any case, she was clearly in the wrong and attempting to bully her way through. Please do not pull your support away from your teachers.

He was the protecting your children, that women should have been arrested. If a terroist ran their car into an area with children we would hail that teacher a hero for trying to stop her, but she was a self entitled snowflake and should be put in jail.

I support Aaron completely. I know exactly the type of parent that caused the problem and without a doubt SHE is the problem.

A woman broke the rules. Period. Ignoring everyone who tried to stop her, not making any choice that showed concern for anyone other than herself and her daughter. This occurred prior to Mr. Morgan's actions. While he can be advised not to jump on any more cars, this does not excuse ANYTHING the woman did out of pure self-interest. Including continuing to drive while he was on the car, ignoring posted cones, and thinking her daughter's lateness was more important than the safety of school children. In the interview she even said that she thought, "If I turn around I have to go all the way to the back of the line!" which shows the shallow motives fueling her choices. This man put himself on the line to prevent any harm that could have befallen children. He should be commended and even more cones should get put up to prevent anyone else from acting on their thoughts that they're above the law.

This man is a hero, what actions are being taken against the driver who clearly violated multiple safety rules
