We support Aaron Morgan, Dulles Elementary School Teacher - Protecting Children at the School House

He was protecting the students and he school that could have been anyone trying to cut the line to harm someone

I support this teacher. Some of the parents think that rules and laws don’t apply to them. Our kids look to them for guidance and they are showing them to ignore rules and do whatever they want. I have also directed traffic at a school and parents run stop signs and I have yelled and almost threw my sign at them. They have almost taken the kids and myself out because they are running late and they don’t want to wait. If anything, let the cops be able to give people tickets that are not following the traffic laws on school property. As an employee our job is not only to keep kiddos safe on campus but also off campus. Keep that in mind when you want to not listen.

I support the teacher. The woman was in the wrong and admitted on TV she drove around the cones on purpose. The heroic teacher was protecting his students.you should be proud of him and thanking him.

This Mom was DEAD WRONG. The school is blessed to have a teacher who takes his job this seriously to protect children. Shame on the school district if this man incurs any disciplinary action

He should be commended, he should get a raise, he needs an award! He was protecting those children from an entitled stupid woman who thought she could break the rules because she was late. PROUD OF THAT TEACHER!!

This teacher should not be punished, it would send the wrong message to parents if he is disciplined, he needed to take stronger actions in this case as this lady was repeatedly refusing to follow safety procedures. She is the one that needs to have consequences for what she did.

This teacher was not in the wrong. He was doing what the school entrusted him to do... take care of the students!!!!! He ashould not be disciplined for doing his job, or rather going above and beyond.

If you choose to discipline him then you must remove all cones and teachers from the outside permanently. He did his job!

This teacher deserves praise and respect. He reacted in a way that says he will protect those kids no matter what.

The mother was in the wrong. Teacher is protecting the children. Probably not her 1st time taking a shortcut.

I want my grandchildren and all children protected while at school. Some nerve this woman has!!!! She should have been fined for her actions. I applaud this teacher. The school board should not discipline him. They need to give him an award and a raise.

The parent should follow the rules, she is not showing a good example to her child or others. He was protecting children from getting hurt, that’s the whole point of drop off lines.

He is doing his job to keep children safe and apparently and unfortunately it is also his job to make sure adults follow the rules.

Self entitlement has to stop

The parent was breaking the rules...what does this teach her children. I'm sure a lot of other parents were "running late" as well but they didn't actually foolish like she did. The teacher did the right thing!!!!

Clearly this teacher had the safety of stidents as top priority! There should be no discipline to him! There needs to be discipline to the driver!!!
