The practical work at the zoo is the only reason this degree is actually worth doing!! DONT TAKE IT AWAY FROM US.

why take students out of a course they have already spent a year learning. if you want to remove the course then don't allow anymore students to sign up for it and allow the current students to stay

i find it very inconsiderate that we were not consulted about this decision, nothing was mentioned about it when we enrolled and one of the reasons I chose this course was due to the collaborated teaching at Chester and reaseheath.

We're doing an animal course, experience makes the course here better than the rest!

I am really disappointed because the practicals in Reaseheath Zoo and Farm are one of the reasons why I chose this course. The practical element is extremely important when working with animals and enjoyable. Many people picked this course in particular compared to BSc. Animal Behaviour for this reason. By attending Reaseheath College one day a week, this will give us the chance to use a lot more resources from both libraries, potentially offered different study tours and take part in different societies. For example the Herpetology Society. Being part of both campuses is another reason for not choosing just BSc. Animal Behaviour. Also the two modules we were originally going to do are a lot more suited and intriguing for me as I love exotics rather than domestic animals. I have heard that traffic is a big reason why it has changed but originally when we left Chester at 4pm, we got stuck in traffic. Now we leave at 3.30, we do not. Is it not possible just to change the bus time half hour earlier? I really hope this will change back to what we signed up for.
