As Healthcare Workers, we have cared for those with COVID-19 throughout the pandemic, and as a result, many of us have acquired natural immunity, which is more powerful and long-lasting than vaccine-acquired immunity, according to top epidemiologists and immunologists. But regardless of immunity, Americans possess certain inalienable rights, including, "the right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures," which is secured by the 4th Amendment of the Constitution. Forcing an Emergency Use Authorized vaccine upon any person as a condition of employment, and without honoring exemptions, is a violation of the right to be secure in your person, and it flies in the face of the Nuremburg Codes established after World War II which prohibited medical experimentation without consent.
Every person has a right to informed consent, and we as Healthcare Workers see the masses of patients seeking medical care and who have been fully vaccinated. We have also witnessed firsthand the injuries and adverse reactions suffered by those who have receive the COVID vaccines, including our very own colleagues. We do not consent to being subjected to potential harm to our own bodies and health! We do not consent to being subjects in a non-clinical trial for the COVID vaccine. We have a right to say "no," and we have a right to work and acquire and secure property, as stated under the 5th Amendment of the Constitution. If a person accused of a crime cannot "be deprived of life, liberty or property without due process of law," how much more so for Healthcare Workers who do not face such an accusation!
As Healthcare Workers, we take an oath to "first do no harm" and to not impose any medical treatments without the consent of our patients. We deserve the same level of care. We do not consent!
We petition our elected and non-elected officials for reprieve from unconstitutional and unlawful mandates that threaten our health and medical autonomy!

My own colleagues are living in fear of losing their livelihoods for simply choosing what goes into their own bodies. We are almost at one hundred signatures, and hitting that milestone will force the administration to stop ignoring our medical reality.

35+ yrs as a nurse. Started during the HIV crisis; What is going on now is appalling. As well, I have never seen a doctor refused the ability to prescribe off-label treatments to their patients. This is an atrocity.
I am a healthcare worker fired for not receiving the jab. I worked from the beginning of the plandemic. Understaffed, under protected with limited PPE. Being fired after dealing with all that is disgusting. Oh, never got sick.
If you're going to force someone to accept a medical procedure that carries risk of injury or death, then you need to take full responsisbility if anything happens to them. Otherwise, get the heck outta here with that BS.
My body is a God's gift. Why artificial immunity (vax) is being forced and accepted instead of natural immunity which most of the health care providers got by helping with Covid-19 crisis last year? No to the vax. In GOD we Trust!
I have been in healthcare since 1989, was also in the Air Force Prior to that. I have had every immunization required by the military and nursing school, along with a flu shot each year, but this is a new and different technology with too many unknowns and not enough testing.
please give these Professionals the credit they deserve and their right to medical freedom. Thanks!

I am 59 and unable to find work after 15 years and working through covid as essential employee . Administrative hospital position, no patient contact, great reviews. Dismissed for non jab, it's truly a sin what they have done, ruining careers. God save the world!
