COI have the power to request for whatsapp, emails, documents and interview the ministers directly. Like Raeesah Khan's incident. Transparency and accountablity, not "ownself check ownself" I know this will not happen, with the current one-party government.

COI would be more appropriate.

For Transparency and Accountability in particular being Ministers - Confirmation to the Minister Code of Conduct MUST BE Strictly Adhered to.

To be fair a COI must be convened to established the truth. There should be no interference from people within the same party. SLA must provide all the necessary documents.

We must get to the bottom of this. Is there a breach of ministerial code? Did the law minister and foreign minister abuse their privileged knowledge for personal financial gain? Did they pay below market price? Who is the secret senior cabinet minister who approved the transaction? Lastly I want to ask Vivian how much does he want? Hdb, condo, average landed property or luxurious colonial bungalows?

This case can also be considered Breach Of Trust. This Government property is not properly taken care since it did not declare transparency.
