This is a residential area not an industrial park. In addition, we have forty eight (48) locations ranging from 1 mile to 18 miles where we can gain the exact same service. We have far fewer grocery stores than tire stores in the same geographical area! No to NTB and this development as this will affect our property values, bring unwanted industrial traffic, additional noise, potential environmental concerns and a giant tan wall for everyone to view as you drive towards Spout Springs.

No to NTB. How about a few more restaurants. This is a family oriented community. Not an industrial area.

I was against the previous tire & wheel shop that wanted to go into the area. I am against a bigger National store going in the area.

I do not want this NTB Tire Business, next to our Clearwater development, it will devalue our homes , bringing noise , Traffic , trash and pollution next to our development.

As the commissioners cast their vote they should think about if they would want this tire shop close to their neighborhood also remember we will have a vote to when you run for reelection.

We don’t need another tire/repair shop so close to our neighborhood. Within 10 to 15 minutes we can buy tires and have our cars repaired even if we don’t want to go to Elite which is right across the street. Maybe NTB should try to buy Tim’s business and set up there.

There are many alternatives close buy, just across from Publix is a full service garage, 2 auto parts stores, a wal-mart which offers identical services, a tired plus and several other service facilities on hwy 124 at Hamilton mill. We moved here 13 years ago because it was off the beaten path. This type business is not suited for this area. Who wants to hear air powered wrenches at 8am on a Saturday or at 3pm Sunday during your Childs backyard birthday party? This is just too close to the phase 1 homes and would devalue their property thus devaluating the entire Clearwater plantation neighborhood.

The houses in Clearwater Plantation are closer to the proposed NTB site than the houses that were close to the Racetrack site which was denied , and NTB operation would produce more noise. Please deny this request!
