he.is.old enough to KILL BUT not old enough to be.put to death. He KNOWS WHAT.HE DID. trying to be all bad as and sh@t. He didn't give.his victim a chance at life. HE DOESNT DESERVE A CHANCE EITHER.

I wish they could fry him for his actions, but at least they can give him life without parole. I hope another inmate will carry out his death sentence.

I think it is a disgrace on how laws run in this country! These kids can kill but cannot be penalized for their crimes. Commit the crime, then do the crime! Let this kid do 2 years in a juvenile facility and then let out his sorry ass on death row!
