I view the request for a proffer as a desperate act. I thinks we are far from a desperate situation. Please reach out to the company on our behalf to secure an extension. And then regroup with our FA group to include them in future decisions. We are a membership organization!

The IAM does not have the FAs best interest in forefront. The XJT FAs were NOT asked what we want. We want extensions to our current CBAs.
