We petition the Care Quality Commission to have the Manchester Circumcision Clinic re-opened.

We want our GP return in hyde .

This clinic should stay open has it provides a religious requirements for male muslim child. This is the only local clinic it would make very difficult for people to else ware and find alternative clinic.

I have had three of my boys circumcised by Dr Nadeem Ahmed, he is very professional and provides an excellent clinical service. Extremely disappointed that this service has been removed.

This is an unfair decision and muslims should not suffer

I have had 3 of my sons circumcised here as well as 3 of my nephews, the standard of care was excellent and do not understand why it was closed, my grandson wanted to be circumcised here aswell but unfortunately found it closed as I did not know the reason, now I know I urge people to sign the petition, finding another centre or doctor was hard and time consuming and did finally manage to locate a doctor from bury , however an appointment was really hard to find.

I strongly disagree with the decision and would want the clinic to reopen.

I would like to express my feelings regarding the closure of the clinic in Hyde for circumcision. This is unfair and unjustified. Why can the Jewish community have there circumcision clinics open on religious and medical grounds BUT the authorities have closed down the Muslim clinics ? I feel that if you have closed down the Muslim clinics for circumcision then you should close the Jewish one's as well. As George Orwell Says " you can not have one rule for one person and another rule for another" society will fall and cable other wise.

Wonderful clean medical and professional centre. Highly recommended. Sad to hear its been closed for superfluous reasons••

Please re open this clinic. It is a vital part of a very broad community.

This has been a muslim tradition for centuries and does not harm anybody. If the clinic was closed due to hygienic issues, then it would have been more appropriate

I don't think it should be closed down as there is a reason why this is needed within Islam. Especially with no valid reason.

This is a invaluable service for the Muslim community in hyde and surrounding areas It is done in the doctors private time at no cost to taxpayers therefore should remain open for those who need it
