I dare say it is one, if not the most heinous crimes in Lee's summit history. A man like him doesn't change. He doesn't deserve another chance. Prison is the only place he belongs. Parole is not even an option for him. He needs to rot in prison. We can't and we won't ever forget. Consider this a vote to deny him parole.

I remember my social studies teacher telling us about this almost a decade after it happened! It served as a cautionary tale for babysitting girls. It scared me. Now years later my own son is a murder victim. I cannot fathom releasing this monster into our community!!
