I live on Aurelia St. In general, I am excited about new development but this variance is excessive and should not be granted.

I am absolutely against increasing the height of the new giant eagle located Apartments Across from our house. We as neighbors must bear the cost of this project in the form of increased traffic, Reduced parking, and with this added height above 60’ will tower Above our own rooftop deck which is 45 feet above ground level. It will reduce our own privacy, block sunlight, and Is not in keeping with our current private Aurelia St neighborhood. --

6346 Aurelia Street, Pittsburgh ,PA 15206 Resident and 15 year home owner. The height will tower over our street and what was once quiet will no longer be the case.

Too tall... closing off Shady side from Penn Ave. please keep it at 60 to be more inclusive and respect Aurelia Street and Village of Shadyside

Please rethink this apartment building altogether. Closing the Giant Eagle will be detrimental to those in East Liberty & the Hill, and inconvenient for the rest of us.

Regrettably, Echo Realty has been tone deaf since the beginning.
