They said they would forgive the government loans, but how do you give my daughter back 3 1/2 years of her life. My daughter was 1 semester away from completing her RN degree. She had already passed the State exams. She was getting ready to start her career after years of hard work. How do you give that back.

I hope for a teach out plan for not just those about to complete, but for those who are in the middle of the program as well.

A friend who is like a daughter whom has worked so hard and was 6 months away from her degree. Seems she cannot get a break in life, why can't it go her way for a change.

This is horrible. Their are students that were expected to graduate in December. So now they are expected to redo all their schooling that already has been paid for. The state should have be regulating their books so there could have been a plan of action in place before it got to this point. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!

Just thinking a school up and quits, leaves students stranded with most other schools not taking ITT credits is BS!!!!!! My sister in law had 6 months to go to get her RN (4classes) and is screwed except to be on a two year waiting list to attend another school. And to think she is still paying for the classes she took and didn't get her degree that she worked her ass off and was so close getting is no different than FRAUD!!!

Please don't abandon all these hard-working students, there are enough disappointments and hardships in this world already

My daughter is one of the students who are affected by this, she had only one semester left to get her RN Degree, with the hopes of going on to become a Nurse Practitioner. I truly hope that some school or our government steps up to help those so close to graduation.

I would expect the state to step in and do what is right for their citizens..

My heart breaks for all of those affected by this sudden and harsh decision. I am a nursing student at ivy tech, I graduate next summer. I can't imagine what you must be going through, being so close to graduation.
