This is an outrage! If I could sign over and over, I would! Let these students finish what they started. Give them the opportunity for greatness that they deserve.

I agree that these students shoud be given a teach out plan, at NO additional cost to them so they may graduate as planned and worked so very hard towards.

A family friend (Lauren Johnston, Longview, Wa -Portland/Vancouver Campus) was left with only weeks of being done with her schooling to be a Nurse. Now, she is left with the only option to start over at another school. With completing all of those years, credits and classes. There must be something to show for it. Please, allow Lauren Johnston and for whom apply to take thier credits to a different school to finish their education and go begin there career (s) they have worked hard to study for and get into.

It is absolutely terrible that these students who have put in the work are being denied the opportunity to progress simply because of the reputation for profit colleges. Need I remind the powers that be that there are many "legitimate" institutions that started out as for profit. Rasmussen, Robert Morris, Devry, University of Phoenix just to name a few. These students should at least be afforded a transition course into another program granting credit for courses completed prior.

Y'all should be ashamed of yourselves! These poor folks, put their BLOOD,SWEAT AND TEARS in this and you rip the carpet right out from underneath them. What about their families, the money they have paid for your program. What if that was you, what if this program was your ticket to a better life for your children... The bread winner for your family? Y'all need a flip flop upside your heads. Oh and MAY GOD HAVE MERCY ON YOUR SOULS. Do to other's, as you would want them to do unto you. Do the right thing, let the people finish the program and maybe redeem yourselves. ~Jamie

The students already in progress towards their degree cannot be refunded their time or effort. They should be allowed to finish the program.

While any degree is worthy, a nursing degree creates and defines a new person in each student. You are NOT the same person that started the program. Don't rob these people of their new identity, LET THEM FINISH!!

to close the school with students just a month or so away from finishing shows absolutely no regard for anyone but your pocket books. This is a doable plan and should be done. No wonder you closed.

The Department of Education should ensure these individuals can transfer to another program.
