Got cheated with LG's fake advertising as Skype ready and they even recommended me to buy Skype camera(VC500) additionally which costs me 5300INR and which is completely worthless now without the skype application. Verry dissappointed due to this cheap thirdrate fake advertisment that too even from reputed LG brand.

I purchased this tv for using skype.But no.All the money i spent was useless.Pl dont cheat your customers for the sake of money .

I am a little miffed also, since I just decided to install Skype on my 55" LG Smart TV. I called LG support only to find out they don't carry it any more

I bought a lg smart tv in 2016 with a camera that both advertised Skype now I find it is no longer supported
The set is a 60UF850v running webos 2.2
