I have personally been harassed by this individual on two separate occasions. He was also harassing other women at the time.

I've never been harassed or come out by this particular person but I feel the need to sign this because of others to keep them and their family safe I fully support that this man needs to be put somewhere and had a mental evaluation run on him and put in a mental institution of sorts

He has harrassed my 3 & 6 yr old. He's caught looking in my daughter's bedroom window at 1am. He hit our 8yr old neighbor. Busted a hole in our vinyl siding of our home. Snatched my son's chips away and called him a spoiled brat. We go to court on September 4th to try to keep him in longer and keep our restraining order active.

Wayne has harassed my husband and my friends constantly even after he was told multiple times not to come to our house. He would constantly show up drunk at 9 in the morning and pound on all of our windows, doors , anything just to get our attention. One day he even walked into our house uninvited when I left the door unlocked, only because I had just fed my dogs and was coming in and out of the house without my keys. He also thought it was funny to scare my friends constantly.
