WE NEED DANA

Dana has helped a lot of students at communicate over the three years now and I am one of them. I came to the school when I was at a very low point in my life, I had been asked to leave my pervious school and honestly couldn't of cared for the schooling system. I came to communicare with the impression that it was like every other school but it wasn't. I went from not going to school at all to turning up everyday, from being a very disrespectful teenager who couldn't care about myself let a lone anyone else to respecting people and myself! I managed to finish my year 10 and 11 in one year with the help of all the teachers at CCA but mostly Dana, when everyone had given up on me including myself she gave me the support and guidance to help me finish my schooling, she is always putting the students before herself and I honestly could never thank her enough for everything she has done for me over the past years! Because of Dana and the support she gives all her students I am currently studding a diploma of Community services and I want to be able to help young teenagers like she helped me get to where I am today! So please think twice about making Diana's position redundant because the students at communicare do need her!

Dana made a massive difference in not only my like but millions of others, you would be silly to let this women go.

You are so needed at Communicare, this is really unfair on all of the kids that love, need and want you.

Dana, is an incredible woman, she works tirelessly to help me with my son Taro. Communicare was the last resort for my son. Dana is so committed to her job. She consistently keeps me informed with Taro's progress. Follows up for me when I can't be there. She goes above and beyond of anyone I have ever seen. My son is actually disappointed that the one person he cares about is going to be taken away from him. She guides these teenagers in the right direction. The school is nothing without her

Put Dana back where she does the most good.

This woman has SAVED LIVES! You can't put a price on that. As a parent we need her for the 24 hour 7 days a week support she willingly gives. Communicare is crazy to let such an asset go. Please reinstate her!

Dana is awesome and such an asset to the school

Everyone to their own I suppose but Dana was the most valuable member of staff at this school, if this was to do with cutting costs then the schools at more of a loss without her. Dana's role in this school is so damn important, making her job redundant was an extremely poor decision.

I don't know Dana bit my sister gypsy said she was the best and she is going to be missed

Sorry to hear about this Dana, thanks for everything you have done for me and changing me into a better person your actually a legend and without you at communicare it just won't be the same .BRING BACK DANA!!!!

As a high school I cannot tell you how much our children need people like Dana. She assists so many students to stay in education which benefits not just them, but their family and gives them a chance at success.

As Danas previous leader and the instigator of the communicare academy I was most saddened to hear Communicare has made redundant another capable person over cost cutting exercises. Perhaps the board of this community organisation should carefully review its business practices for the greater good of the community

COMMUNICARE NEEDS DANA

I cannot believe Dana has been made redundant. I have known Dana professionally for many years and in my opinion she is second to none with troubled and at risk youth. The young people and Communicare school are supremely lucky to have had her services.

If someone is making no positive difference and being so kind giving our future generations hope and an ear then why are we letting her be redundant?!? No one should be left out or forgotten otherwise we are at fault it is up to us to help those in ways we excel so that they can succeed because they already excel in ways we don't!!! Please help Dana!!!

Dana's job shouldn't become redundant as she is one of the major factors of Communicare Academy. As sell as other staff. Dana has made my girl's feel welcome and has aided them to adjusting to a better way of schooling. If Dana goes part of the academy will loose some of it's soul and we need more people like Dana who is accepting of the kids and their own personal needs.

We need Dana because she is a big part of the school and is like family to us. We also need her because she is irreplaceable and there is nobody who could replace Dana

My girlfriend michelle ansara goes to communicare, and she is always tell me how much she loves Dana and how helpful and supportive dana is,not only to my girlfriend but to all the other students that go to communicare.

Dana has took me under her wing and communicare is nothing with out her
