I've 7 grandchildren which would be so nice to have a water/splash park put in with a nice cafe area for the parents/grandparents to be able to watch the children while relaxing too having a coffee and a natter.

Splash Zone would be good you built a big claiming frame but it's not for kids more for teenagers and adults we need stuff for young children!

Our children need somewhere local , most other towns have one . If you open a council run cafe / ice cream shop /hut next to wet play area will create revenue for the borough too . We need this .

If stevenage can have fairlands splash park and deemed safe why cant wgc? The kids need something more then standing outside shops getting moaned at by residents.

i remember going to stanborough park as a child and spending all day in the pool , nothing there now but a stinking filthy lake n a park for younger children. An Assault course that shut as quick as it opened,

Worse thing you did when the outside pool was closed. Great family day out.
