Yes please bring it back that was my childhood memory also learn to swim there.such happy days.now there's more and more family's they could earn so much more money now having a out door swimming pool

Definitely need something for the kids to do in the holidays. I agree with others that this high ropes course is impractical and if they've already had an issue with it and it wasn't even open to the public, then I'm sure the same thing will happen again regardless of whether they have had more training. I remember hearing about talks of a splash zone almost 5/6 years ago and I still think it's a great idea!

At least a wet play area in welwyn/hatfield would be much more beneficial for our children/grandchildren rather than that high ropes monstrosity!

We need stanbourough to be the fun, family day out it was when i was a child. i have to take a 45 min bus then a 20 min walk with my 3 year old to get to fairlands park in stevenage - when there is a massive area just ten minutes up the road which could easily hold a splash park or swimming pool. Instead we have a riddiculously expensive and totally unusable, impracticle and frankly ludicrous high ropes course!!!

Spent many a happy day there as a child, it was always busy. My own kids missed out on a local pool when they were young but it would be fantastic if the grandkids had something like it now, something fun to look forward to without having to travel miles and miles
