I know I'm a little late to sign and the funding has already been agreed but I think this is fantastic and long, long overdue. Well done!!

Keep our children safe, a four way crossing is essential.

A truly dangerous road intersection with total disregard from R.C.T Council for the safety of pedestrians The current crossing is not safely accessible from Station Road

It is a dangerous section of road for motorists, and even more danderous for pedestrians, especially toddlers and parents with pushchairs, wanting to utilise the childrens play center "Tiny Tots" or those needing to cross the roads for doctors, chemists, getting to and from home and the children travelling to and from the schools, libary & education center close by.
P.S. I have passed an advanced driving test, so my oppinion should be considered as an expert oppinion.

We most definitely need a four way crossing in church village. It's very dangerous, and I'm surprised it hasn't been done sooner!

Isn't prevention better than cure.
I know RCT will have budget cuts to suffer along with the NHS, Police and other public sector organisations but if they looked at the cost of a crossing as a preventative measure to save lives and however much money an accident would cost collectively in police, and NHS time I am sure the investment would be worth while. Invest to save by looking at this across multi agency expenditure when an accident happens. This area has always been dangerous but it has been made more risky with the school and Tiny Tumblers both which are important to the younger people of our community. Maybe Tiny Tumblers would consider a sponsorship of a crossing great community spirit and advertisement form them
