We Need a Feasibility Study

I have also had discussions about our complex with several of the top 100 developers in the world who all expressed an interest in learning more about WVH. I have also conducted informal walk throughs for a perspective. And I also had drawings illustrated that considered what 168 Washington would look like as a redeveloped property. The potential is unlimited. I would like a set on any committee that comes together on behalf of the resident at WVH. Thanks for the opportunity to respond. JN

Understanding our options using the information gathered through a feasibility study can only improve our decision making.

I think we need to explore all our options so we can make the best decision for our community and for all who live here.

Increasingly extreme and more frequet weather events, combined with anticipated sea level rise are sure to impact our community again and again. All resilience options, including rebuilding on higher foundations, deserve exploring.

Seems very reasonable to have this study done.

Knowledge is power - however if this is going to anger officials and make then feel betrayed we must have open conversations

It seems to me the intelligent thing to do to is to examine fully all the options for our beloved community.
