I used to work in CCU sligo as a nurse and am very much aware of the volume of patients in the north west needing urgent angiograms and stenting and instead have to either wait (and ending up having 90% coronary blockages) or having to be airlifted or driven by ambulance in an unstable condition. This could be your relative at any time. Please sign.

In this day and age people should not have to travel a 6 hour round trip for an appointment for their health it's a joke!!!

We need a cat lab in Sligo, my dad had a heart attack three years ago and he was lucky enough to be air lifted to Galway.
