We, the undersigned students of the Bahamas Technical and Vocational Institute, respectfully submit this petition to express our deep concern regarding the ongoing mismanagement within our institution. We believe that the current leadership has failed to lead with the best interests of students at the forefront, which is essential for the institution’s growth. This has been evident in the poor mismanagement of our 2k25 Graduation Commencement Exercise where, despite our communications and suggested solutions offered, the current President denounced our words and derailed our enthusiasm. Therefore, we humbly request your intervention to remove the current President and appoint leadership committed to fostering a respectful, cooperative, and just environment, and that will ensure better graduations for 2k26 and beyond. We sincerely hope for your understanding and prompt action to ensure a better future for our institution. Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter.
