To anyone with precious memories of one of the greatest films every made. To anyone with an ounce of humanity and a lick of common sense. We can only hope this is some elaborate hoax, but just in case it's not, please sign this petition so we can tell the buffoons in Hollywood that not only do we not want or need a sequel to IAWL, but the very making of one would destroy the legacy of the original film. Invest in new ideas. DO NOT defecate all over our memories. We can't let the old man Potters of this world keep on winning. I fear this film will drive many fans to the edge of a bridge, but without any Clarence to save them this time.
As much as I am ok with sequels, remakes and revivals as long as it is good, for some reason this movie is an exception. It's uniqueness makes it so special enough to not need a continuation. Kinda like "A Christmas Story 2" totally missed the point.
