tucson needs to focus on the homeless taking over the city or the amount of actual property crime. Leave those alone that are actually trying to bring some industry to our side of town. oh and i agree the 100 foot thing is stupid and is never enforced by events that the city itself sponsors. this is exactly why new business rarely start in Tucson but we get new businesses from all over the country moving here.

Tucson, while claiming to love small businesses does everything in thier power to hamstring small businesses with burocratic nickel and diming. City of Tucson, let's HELP small businesses be successful instead of always looking for a way to take them out at the knees.

The Pit is a fun place for people to eat and hang out and feels so far from an unsafe place to be! Don't let it be destroyed, it's a small corner of happy that we have in town!
