I support The Pit. Shame on Elisa Hamblin and any other administrators who have nothing better to do than go after hardworking Tucson citizens. This is a great meeting/dining venue. So what if the trucks are too close together. Leave The Pit alone!

We have amazing food trucks in town that have contributed greatly to the economy. Please don't do anything to hinder their contributions to local food joy -- and business.

The Pit is a wonderful place for local food trucks. Give them time to get in compliance. Someone definitely has too much time on their hands to dig so deeply into code violations considering the City of Tucson didn't even know those regulations.

Let the food trucks park. They are operated by honest people who just want to make a living. Quit treating empty parking lots as valuable real estate.

The city should be transparent in what they require and licenses should be easy to get and reasonable.

I encourage small businesses, which gives Tucson its character. We should allow The Pit a sufficient amount of time to meet these codes and provide it with the assistance it needs to make the cut.
(We would work with and do it for Amazon, I'm sure.)

This is why I'm against too much government control. The government does more harm than good in our community.

City is in the wrong, as usual. Don't harass businesses.
