This makes no sense for either the owner or the customer.

We are so sad to learn that this excellent place has to close for some bureaucratic reason. Get the paperwork done and bring it back please!

I've enjoyed several meals at The Pit and it's terribly unfortunate the City is shutting it down. So much for the City working with small, local businesses.

The pandemic was hard enough on small business. If there's no issue with former gas station land, give them a permit

You need to give small businesses a break. They took a crappy, rundown piece of land and turned it into something great. Your rules need to change.

COT needs to allowed The Pit to stay open and let the food trucks stay. This is a great place for both small business and the citizens. COT needs to be small business friendly and stop attracting businesses to open giving large tax credit incentives. Food trucks have to be inspected and they have business licenses they collect taxes so city is making money

I support food truck dining. It provides immediate jobs and a career path. The Pit is an affordable food option and critical, social gathering place.

The city needs to mind it's damn business and stop sticking it's nose into things. This place is great.

Please allow The Pit to continue with their business. Clean up the homeless camps before you hassle legitimate businesses.
