What is he so afraid of? If he thinks he can lead the country he should be able to handle an interview with Andrew Neil just like everyone else.
Cowardice in a leader is an ugly thing. Johnson can only restore public faith in him by somehwo finding the courage to face questions all the other leaders will have to face. What's so special about him that he has excused himself?
