We, the citizens of Florida, petition the right for females to be able to play football just as the guys do.
According to Title IX, “No person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any educational program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance."
It's only said that we will be able to be on the team but not play. We want to have our time on the field as well.
Therefore, we, the undersigned, ask for the equality of boys and girls to be able to play football as one.
