In response to the letter sent by superintendents to Elsie Arntzen, the Montana Superintendent of Public Instruction, on Dec 3rd 2021.
'We the people' of Montana are disappointed in all of you, as superintendents of Billings Public Schools, Belgrade School District, Bozeman Public Schools, Great Falls Public Schools, Missoula County Public Schools, Butte Public Schools, Kalispell Public Schools and Helena Public Schools, for writing and sending such a broad brush letter and I don't agree with it.
As Montana Gazette, writer Brenda Roskos, so wonderfully wrote it, (12-09-21 direct article link below ) "Elsie Arntzen had the fortitude, stamina, and bravery to stand against Critical Race Theory and stand up for Parental Right’s choice, and these Superintendents don’t like it. They exude tyranny and to a high degree. They don’t want parents having options and standing up to them. Arntzen is standing up for ‘We the People.Look at what the Montana State Constitution has to say, Educational Goals and Duties. Article X Section 1 of the Montana State Constitution reads, (1) “It is the goal of the people to establish a system of education which will develop the full educational potential of each person. Equality of educational opportunity is guaranteed to each person of the state.
"The MSC also clearly states that each student is eligible to be ensured an “equal and quality education.”
"These dictatorial Superintendents do not follow the very Constitution they are holding Arntzen to. They are ravenous wolves out to destroy and control."
"Arntzen believes in the Founder’s Documents. She stated that ‘masking up children is abusive.’ And she knows it’s the parents who have preeminence above and beyond any “school board trustees or Superintendents” trying to throw their weight around."
"Shame on these tyrannical Superintendents. Leave Arntzen alone, you brood of vipers." Montana Gazette, Brenda Rosko, 12-09-21

i have full confidence in Elsie. Elsie always puts our children and families rights first. It is quite unfortunate that our Superintendent Greg Upham is only out for himself and his ideals not that of the students and family rights. Stay strong we stand with you!
I have always loved Elsie's motto of "students" first. I have seen with my own eyes, Elsie listening to the concerns of parents. I hope my tax money goes to her paycheck.
CRT is divisive and racist. It will not bring us together and teaches children to spy and lie and to be hateful. It is illegal to boot. And parents must ALWAYS have not only a day, but have the control over what their children are taught and how they are taught. ALWAYS.
Elsie’s bravery to stand against the system that wants to indoctrinate and control our children is admired in our household. We proudly voted for Elsie and thank her for standing up for our rights as parents.
I have personally spoken to Elsie. She seems to be one of the few that will actually advocate for students AND parents. She is elected by US just like the school boards are. The difference is that she listens to us and advocates.
No masks, no vaccine for kids, parents choice.
Public school are paid by taxpayers and parents, so parents have the ultimate say.

You superintendents have no confidence from parents and the general public. You are oligarchs, issuing ukases by which you don’t personally abide. The people see through your ruse. If I were any one of you, I’d be embarrassed. However, that requires a modicum of humility. Might not be evident among you, as a group.
