I'm a senior in college now, and Mrs. I is still one of my favorite teachers. She was always a great teacher to me and my two brothers throughout middle school. I can't even begin to imagine what middle school would have been like without her!

Mrs.Iturmendi is a beautiful person and a wonderful teacher.Palmetto Middle needs her talents and children need her dedication.

Palmetto cannot afford to lose Ms. Iturmendi. I have the privilege of working with her for 11 years and it is hard to even articulate the positive impact that she has brought to our school. She comes to school every day and not only impacts her own students but the entire school with her commitment to programs such as student council, the Close-Up trip to Washington, school drives and the United Way. She collaborates with so many of her teachers and is the FIRST person I go to for advice and guidance within our Social Studies department. It is challenging enough teaching a wide array of students that have varying needs but she continually excels as show in her Civics End of Course exam scores. We simply cannot lose Ms. Iturmendi and to do so would be a travesty.

Cindy is one of the most effective teachers I know. She's demanding and has high expectations for her students but also works hard to help them achieve. She's a valuable asset to PMS and we'd be doing our school, and more importantly our students, a disservice to let her go.

Mrs.I was my 7th grade teacher & taught me so much in every way. Everything she taught me, all the tips she gave me I continue to carry on with me throughout my life. I am now a freshman in college & she is one person throughout my teen year that I will absolutely never forget!
