I am not a christian but neither was Jesus. However I agree that no religion's deity's name should be blasphemed on television radio or film. I should have the right to opt out of these things if they are not completely omitted.

Because Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God. The same goes for God. His name should not be used unless you are talking about Him or to Him.
