Paid £11 for a ticket and waited an hour in a queue to get in but never got in as venue was over capacity and would never of held 2500 people in the first place

I actually got in at half 12 after queuing or an hour but still think I deserve a refund. Overcrowded, an hour waiting at the bar, no cloakroom, or bouncy castle as promised!

A pathetic attempt by Octopussy to cash in on their "legacy". A wholly inappropriate venue and shambolic "organisation", lead to a dreadful (not the good Halloween kind of dread) night for all involved.
