I have a pitbull reno that i found left on the side of a road i took him to the no kill shelter in tyler bc i knew my mom wouldnt let me keep him bc of my two year old. the people there told me to take him to a shelter where they wold most likely put him down, or to drop him off in a good neighborhood, or ake him back where i found him, i got this dog off the side of the road so he could live, the only reason i didnt want to bring him to my hose was because my mo and papa are terrified of big dogs, needless to say i faught tooth and nail to keep this dog her at my house and he is the BEST dang dog i own i have two small dogs who act WAY worse then him, he doesnt attack the cats in my neighborhood hes great with other dogs and AMAZING with my 2YR old!! and he has become my mothers protector, she loves this dog now. and i have had ALOT of dogs in the past twenty years i just had to labs and a mixed breed that would get out and kill cats and we had to find them new homes but this pitbull is such a loving animal. ALL PITS ARE!!! ITS THE PEOPLE THAT OWN THEM WHO SUCK

This place is no "shelter" for animals, it's a slaughter house. The people that work there have no compassion for animals.

Max is a great dog and so glad we have him. Can't believe Klein thinks they have the right to decide what dogs can live and die. There are a lot of sick people running that place.

Tyler animal control gave them my dog and when I called to claim her Klein claimed they had never had my pit. Then later changed the story and said she was sent t o a rescue 4 days after being there. LIES! they KILLED her and are lying about it.
