These animals should at least be given a chance to be reunited with their families or to find new homes. Is east Texas really so backward that we can't treat our pets better?

Where I live I see the indifference towards animals. One neighbor let his young Pitt stay tied to a tree with no shelter for two days in the pouring cold rain. I located a free dog house for the dog. His reply was that he didn't need the dog house. Well my husband and I are going to bring it to them anyway blanket and all. My husband has already told them that I don't allow animal abuse of any sort and will call the police! I'm sure they are scared! Abusers have no conscience!

Where I live I see the indifference towards animals. One neighbor let his young Pitt stay tied to a tree with no shelter for two days in the pouring cold rain. I located a free dog house for the dog. His reply was that he didn't need the dog house. Well my husband and I are going to bring it to them anyway blanket and all. My husband has already told them that I don't allow animal abuse of any sort and will call the police! I'm sure they are scared! Abusers have no conscience!

Please take photos and post, hopefully allowing more pet parents to locate their babies before they die unnecessarily. What can we do to make this happen? Do you need a volunteer photographer?
