If the things I have read about the Klein shelter is true, then Judyann and Braun need to be prosecuted for animal cruelty. You two are a waster of good air and space. You both should be spayed and neutered so you are not able to pass along your horrible ways onto your children.

A shelter should have the animal's best interest in mind as much as possible. Taking and posting pictures is a simple act and would likely lead to more animals returned to their owners or adopted. The refusal to perform this small task is shameful and clearly illustrates that those in charge of these animals are not serving them, their owners, or the community.
