We demand Klein Animal Shelter take and post photos of all dogs and cats immediately on intake/arrival !!

Patently ridiculous the only reason it is impossible is either 1) Money or 2) Laziness. Either way the thought that any organization could be so indifferent to both the animals and their parents is criminal. There is a special place in Hell for people like this!

They should always post their pictures & at least give them a chance. Plus keep the pics on there for awhile.

As a pet owner I think it is crucial to do this. When I lost my dog I was terrified that she was going to be taken to Klein and someone else would claim her OR she would be put down. Just adding a simple picture would be so helpful for owners to find their lost dog!

i think it's our tax dollars that pay for this. We should be able to see pictures of all the animals that are sent there. I would not recommend anyone take a found animal there.

all animals in shelters deserve a chance to get back home. Taking pictures and posting them on facebook is one way to help them get back home. Please consider helping the animals get back home instead of killing them.

I've moved to Tyler 2 years ago and was completely shocked when I found out the system for lost dogs of Tyler! Sooo many people have no idea where to look when they have lost a pet! Stuff happens and sometimes they escape. PLEASE help these poor pets find their home easier!!! I PASSIONATLY believe that having a system of being able to share more effectivly the pets that are brought into Klein would help. Though the ideal solution would be for the towns to each have a shelter.

There are other ways for owners to establish ownership of the pet. It makes no sense to not allow the pictures to be posted especially given the fact that Jacksonville is so far from Tyler.
