my friends inside cat got out only once and was immediately picked up and sent to Klein. luckily, i guess, it was a weekend and couldn't be picked up & claimed until Monday. on tuesday she was to be euthanized. She had been without her thyroid meds & died later that week at her home!

My husband and I tried to adopt a dog from Klein Shelter and they would not let us adopt unless we brought our own pets to the shelter to see if they got along with the one we wanted to adopt. The shelter was so smelly and dirty we did not want our dogs exposed to possible diseases and we did not adopt there. I feel very sorry for the animals there.
