I live in this area and we get our water from these creeks and rivers. This is getting ridiculous. I have two small children. I do not care how long it takes for the radiation to take effect, my children are still my top priority. Get this out of our water.

The money received by the taxing authorities was to be used to help correct gas exploration ills, not to pay for cost overruns for a bridge destroyed by a company. If I had damaged the bridge I would have to sell ALL of my assets. Why doesn't this company?

Article I Section 27 of the Pennsylvania constitution states: The people have a right to clean air, pure water, and to the preservation of the natural, scenic, historic and esthetic values of the environment. Pennsylvania's public natural resources are the common property of all the people, including generations yet to come. As trustee of these resources, the Commonwealth shall conserve and maintain them for the benefit of all the people.

We should not be responsible to pay for water we can not safely use.

We should not be demanding safer water, IT SHOULD BE SAFE,what's wrong with people, I guess they don't use the water? My self and my family have been using bottle water, for the past four years. Since I had leukemia four years ago . But I'm fine now, I drink bottle water!
