With the Coronavirus being the sole focus of the pandemic that we are all facing, there is another silent pandemic that we are having to overcome. This is one that is not mentioned as much as it should be. We, as health and fitness professionals, have been struggling over this battle because we do so much more than help people meet their physical fitness goals. We help overcome addictions, we help lower stress levels, we help with depression and anxiety. We help more with overcoming the mental and emotional well-being of a person as well as their physical health. The physical aspect of a gym is just the outer layer of fighting the battle that is actually occurring internally.
