We, the enrollees of the White Earth Band of Ojibwe request an annual payment of $6,000.00 for each enrolled member, to begin December 15, 2013. Said $6,000.00 annual payment will continue each year, with a 15% inflationary adjustment. Monies due enrollees under the age of 21 years shall be deposited in an interest bearing account, until said enrollee reaches the age of 21, whereby enrollee receives total accrued monies (Initial deposits plus any interest that has accrued during identified individual deposit.
