I have been reading through the messages you all are sending and my heart just sinks because these stories about the bullying and the broken promises are honestly way worse than I even realized at the start. It is getting overwhelming trying to keep track of every incident but I am keeping a folder of all your experiences so we have everything ready for when we finally get someone from the board to actually look at what is happening inside those halls.

He doesn't know how to be a principal. He never listens to both sides of a story. He can't relate to anyone and doesn't know how to help people when they need it. He said he'll "promise" to do a favor or something, but he doesn't do it. Tries to make new rules and policies, but never works. Gives stupid punishments and unnecessary Saturday detentions.
Makes huge deals out of nothing. Always has biased opinions about every situation. Never looks at booths sides of a story. Doesn’t do anything about a situation even if you tell him about it and then you take matters into your own hands because he’s not changing anything. And then he gives you three hour saturdays for standing up for yourself because he’s to selfish to stop it before the situation escalates
He believes that if there's an issue someone should ignore it instead of address it
Victim shaming should never be tolerated and the staff involved that mismanaged the entire situation should be removed from their positions.
Tri-Valley has gone down hill tremendously even since I've been out of school and thats saying a lot. It was bad when I was there but all I know is Tri Valley needs teachers/principals that care about students mental health and Derges does not so I hope this helps.

You ruined my adolescence and I had to grow up quickly to deal with the harassment you failed to subdue. By code of conduct I was to be helped, but I had to leave to find that help.
