We are petitioning Advtech to address staff retention and quality of education issues at Flipper School.

I am writing as a concerned parent to express my full support for this urgent complaint regarding the severe decline in academic integrity and administrative management at FIS. The points raised mirror my own deep concerns. The exodus of dedicated, experienced teachers is creating palpable instability in the classroom and jeopardizing child's preparation for critical examinations. Furthermore, the repurposing of core facilities like the science labs directly compromises the quality of education promised by the school. The current path is unsustainable. I join the call for ADvTECH Group to initiate an immediate, independent investigation and to take decisive action to restore FIS's standing and safeguard our children's educational future. There is a lack of proper teachers, lack of sport equipment and horrible managment.I have been in this school for over 12 years and this is worst it has been so far

No teachers, no assistant and poor quality of education....... we worried about our kids and we need urgent action!

Need immedia action

My child is new to FIS but I was shocked when I saw the oversize student and the quality of education and administrative problems. I thought FIS is the best but now it is if things are continue as this way my children will not continue at FIS for the next year.

The school should have a talk with parents, really!

The situation at Flipper School has become worrying , losing good teachers and seeing a drop in discipline affects our children directly. And Management is in chaos.It’s time for Advtech to take this seriously and act.

It is truly disappointing to see so many of our wonderful teachers leaving. They have been the heart of our children’s learning journey, and their loss is disheartening. I hope the school will take this matter seriously and work to create an environment where our valued teachers feel supported and motivated to stay.
