We are opposed to the presence of the Vodafone antenna system on Forsythia House, Brockley.

It is right opposite our house. We weren't consulted and we don't know the health implications. If we put something like that on our house we would never get away with it.

I have grave concerns about the siting of this mast. It is positioned on top of a small block where children are resident in a very high density residential spot with a nursery, primary school and secondary school In very close proximity. Also, it's position on top of a low block, part way down a hill means that it is in line with, rather than higher than, buildings sited nearby but further up the hill. Tge has been international recognition that there may be health risks, particularly to young. In addition the are questions around the process by which the siting was agreed; related to parties involved and consultation. I also understand that there are other nearby potential sites, which are not residential.

There have been no long term studies done on the effects of mobile phone signals on developing brains. It is unacceptable to have such a large antenna system so close to a primary school and residential properties.

I'm very concerned about the health implications of this mast. It's not some small instillation but probably very powerful. We have a nursery up Wallbutton Rd and a primary school and secondary school close by. WHO regards these masts as a health risk so why have Lewisham granted permission for this with no public consultation?

Remove this monstrosity in the name of H&S for both residents and children in adjacent school.

No consultation is irresponsible, especially given that research suggests that phone masts may have health impacts on children.

The reception in the area is fine and given that other applications in the area were rejected it is wrong that there was no/little consultation.

From both a Health and Safety as well as an aesthetic point of view, a proper consultation should have taken place before this thing was erected.

The problem is the fear of mobile phones and mobile phone masts is there has been research concluding there is a relation with phone masts and the cause cancer and other health effects. These are too close to our homes in that case.

Totally unacceptable, how could they accept such a think with not even considering what people living around think about it and what effect is it going to have on our little one spending most of them time at school near by this ugly thing!!!! Furious furious

This should have been subject to consultation and exhaustive and transparent investigation of alternative sites.

We strongly opposed this mast being on top of our roof!! We were never consulted prior to this happening. It makes everyone unhappy and stressed on the block.

I am absolutly outraged by the council's decision to go ahead with this. Profit clearly is more of an interest to Lewisham council than their resident's health and well-being.

Completely unacceptable, residents were not consulted. Vodafone and the council used stealth tactics to install this mast, where are the rights of the tenants and local residents.

This is just next to our school!!! That's so dangerous for our children.

No consultation held. Strongly disagree, having health problems due to exposure to similar antenna. I am taking my children to school and passing by the site.
